Are you ever stuck for ideas, or do you hit a block half way through a piece of work?  During this workshop we will look critically at a wide range of artists’ paintings as references for style, proportion, colour and ambience to help us kick-start the creative process and develop a fresh approach to our own calligraphic creations.

Several interactive activities as well as individual exercises will offer plenty of inspiration for calligraphic interpretation.  Be prepared to contribute your own thoughts and ideas – for a constructive and fun way of gaining a different perspective and approach for undertaking a piece of calligraphy.
