There are a mass of useful things to learn from Japanese principles of design – for us to apply to calligraphic compositions but also in terms of effects or finishes to give our lettering.  This online workshop will explore seven main principles to alter your perception and give you not only design ideas but techniques to consider for the actual lettering too.
